At East Coast Home Inspections, we can supply a tailored inspection program or you can choose one or more of our standard stage inspections. The choice is yours.

For the best result, combining 2 or more inspections (eg Frame, Pre-Paint and Pre-Handover) will ensure the highest standards and quality are maintained over the duration of the build. Each inspection sets the basis for the next. For example a good Pre-Paint Inspection usually results in a great Pre-Handover Inspection.
