SLAB or BASE stage inspection

We measure to ensure the correct size and squareness. All rebates, plumbing & access points are checked for correct size as detailed on engineering plans and overall quality of the SLAB is checked.

FRAME stage inspection

This critical inspection includes overall size, individual room sizes, ceiling heights and positioning of all windows. Walls, cornice lines and electrical & plumbing installations are also inspected.

PREPAINT stage inspection

A detailed inspection of all internal plaster sheeting and plaster defects including sheeting joins are marked for repair. Wet area waterproofing is inspected. Also includes external inspection.

FINAL prior to HANDOVER inspection

All tapware, vanities and sinks, laundry tubs, electrical points, switches, light fittings and ceiling fans are inspected. Floor coverings, doors & cupboards are checked along with leaks and paint.

*An aerial picture taken by our UAV (drone) is included in each inspection where applicable and dependent on environmental conditions at the time of the inspection
