We had been in our new home for 1 month and we were finding more defects with our home every day. Items that should have been fixed prior to handover. We employed ECHI to perform a warranty inspection. They found lots of problems, mainly small items that should have been found before we paid the last installment. The report we received from ECHI was sent to the builder which included many photos. The builder has now completed the majority of defects; some still requiring new product to be ordered. Highly suggest a warranty inspection by East Coast Home Inspections for everyone.
